Every secondary colleges:

In order to encourage the excellent students of our school to go abroad for further study and cultivate high-quality talents with international vision and international competitiveness, the college will carry out the study project of  University of California,San Diego(UCSD) in 2019. For the sake of scientific management, strict selection, openness and justice, the relevant matters concerning the project registration are hereby notified as follows:

Ⅰ.The application objects:

  Excellent students who are at school full - time academic performance, or have outstanding performance in a certain aspect.

Ⅱ.The application conditions:

1.Love the socialist motherland and support the leadership of the communist party of China; Obey the law, abide by all the rules and regulations of the school, no disciplinary, illegal conduct;

2.Have ambition, good character ,all-round development, and good development potential and personality characteristics, actively participate in various school cultural activities and volunteer services, and achieve good results;

3.Make outstanding contributions to the school, and actively organize and participate in various campus cultural activities.

Ⅲ.Project content (see annex 1 for details)

The university of California, San Diego (UCSD) is a famous public research university in the United States. UCSD has great academic environment, solid teacher qualifications, and its scientific research spending in the United States ranks fifth,it is regarded as one of "The Public Ivy".It is also the important academic alliance Association of American Universities (Association of American Universities) members, one of the ten most popular science colleges and Universities across the United States.Biology, marine, environment, medicine, engineering, business are all the advantages in USCD. The school ranks 10th in the US public universities (2017 US News & World Report), and 41th in the QS in 2019.

This project will be conducted in San Diego, California from February 10 to 23, 2019 for course study, campus activities and cultural experience. The school will issue the certificate after the project is completed.

Ⅳ. College funding policy

According to the administrative measures for students' overseas exchange scholarship of zhijiang college of zhejiang university of technology (trial) (zhijiang college of zhejiang university of technology [2017] no. 7), selected students who have successfully completed the study visit project can apply for the college's overseas exchange scholarship.

V. Selection process

1. Application section. Students who have intention can submit the application form for overseas study and exchange of students from zhijiang college of zhejiang university of technology (annex 2)

2.Selection section. According to the application status of students, the college will form a review committee to determine the student list through the preliminary examination of materials and the selection through the difference interview.
