Notice on summer vacation and short terms:

I. Vacation

i.) Student:

1. Departure date for graduates: June 28(Sun.)

2. Summer vacation from: July 6^th (Mon.) for undergraduates

3. Registration date for students (except for freshmen): Sep. 10^th (Thur.); Date for new semester: Sep. 21^st (Mon.)

4. Subordinated schools are responsible for educational practice activities like short term.

5. Registration date for freshmen: Sep. 14 (Mon.) and 15 (Tue.) date for new semester: Sep. 21^st (Mon.)

ii.) Staff

1. Offduty date: July 8^th (Wed.); onduty date: Sep. 9^th (Wed.)

2. On the premise of finishing work, department (except for logistic service center) members take rotate days off from July 8^th, and are on duty from Sep. 9^th.

3. Logistic service center arrange the stagger holidays accordingly.　　

II. Final, vacation and short term

i.) All the tasks this semester should be finished and should make a plan for the next one.

ii.) Vacation and short term should be made full use of. Cultivate students’ practice and innovation ability, and to tutor the academic competition and extracurricular scientific research.

iii.) Department intended to offer training course should submit your plan to relative offices before June 19^th (Fri.) and Subordinated schools should submit short term arrangement before June 19^th (Fri.) and a report before Sep. 30.

iv.) Relative department should ensure the safety of students and keep order ofdormitory relocation.

v.) An over-all check-up is needed on campus. Students who visit abroad and carry out the social practice should take extra security precautions. The construction andmaintenance program should be elaborately arranged.

vi.) Logistic service center should offer service for teachers and students who stay in school during vacation.

III. Schedule

i.) Officials should be on duty till July. 18(Thur.)

ii.) Timetable for staff on duty on Hangzhou Campus: 8:30 -11:30, 14:00-16:30

iii.) Timetable for staff on duty on Shaoxing Campus can be arranged accordingly.
