Content: Having a beautiful image is everyone’s desire. Facial appearance is our first image, and voice is also a kind of image, which is regarded as our second image. In today’s changeable modern technological society, more and more communications and work don’t need face to face.To create beautiful voice image and enhance personal charm is an important part of  promoting quality.
Location: Lecture Hall of Teacher and Student Active Centre, Shaoxing Campus
Participant: All school staff and students. People outside campus are welcome to attend.
Lecturer: Prof.  Lai Qianyu
Brief  introduction to lecturer: Lai Qianyu ,Professor, Master’s Supervisor and Dean of  School of  Humanities of Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of  Technology, graduated from Chinese Department of  East China Normal University in 1984. He studied for a postgraduate degree during 1987-1990 and 2002 -2005 and gained a master degree of world literature from East China Normal University and Shanghai Normal University, doctoral degree in comparative literature and world literature. In 2000 and 2011,successively as a visiting scholar of  the  University of Aarhus, Denmark and the University of Reading, UK, he went abroad for academic research and exchange. Started in 2001 as a supervisor of  postgraduate, he has guided more than 30 postgraduates. He was in charge of  Nanchang University master pilot of comparative literature and world  literature, office director of the foreign literature. His main research fields are comparative literature culture, narratology and cultural transmission. He has delivered more than 20 papers and published works including 18th century British Novel Narrative Art; the Republic of China, Hangzhou West Lake Landscape Culture Communication; Qiantang River in Foreigners’ eyes. Currently, he is engaged in the study of cultural transmission in the place like Hangzhou.
