Recently, with the final results of The First Zhejiang Nanjiang Cup Collegiate Robotic Contest revealed, 5students from Information and Technology School won the third prize under the help of tutor Xu Ouguan and Chen Yingying in Exploring and Treasure-hunting programs respectively.

  It was the first time for Zhejiang University to hold such robotic contest which was sponsored by Zhejiang Collegiate Science and Technology Competition Committee. With 18 first prizes, 40 second prizes and 68 third prizes in 6 programs, the contest attracted 249 teams, including more than 680 students to join in. The contest aims to foster undergraduates’ understanding of knowledge as action, cultivate their innovative and cooperative capabilities, improve mutual exchanges and finally promote the combination of theory and practical teaching.
