2016 Winter On-campus job fair was held in ZJC, Hangzhou on Nov. 28th for the graduates. This job fair was safely-guarded, well-organized and considerately-serviced.Officials Huang Xinmin, ZJC Party Secretary, and Ye Jinxiang, commissioner from Hangzhou Employment Management Service center etc. came to ZJC campus to give guidance of this job fair.
Totally 271 institutions attended this job fair, offering 3628 job positions and 1447 positionsfor internship with over 5000 students both from ZJC and other colleges participated in this job fair, also, approximate 20% of graduates from ZJC reached initial employment plan withenterprises.
For features of this was demonstrated from this job fair: first, the quality of enterprises was improved with more well-known enterprises, such as Starbucks, Simei Media, Lianhua.Second, junior students from Shaoxing Campus participated this job fair actively. They pay close attention to the job market, and try for internship position. Third, multi-faceted graduates are warmly welcomed. Most enterprises are more likely to choose graduates with enhanced professional knowledge while graduate are more likely to choose sunrise industry.Forth, the number of positions of emerging industries drastically increased and this position is welcomed by graduates.
