It’s the thirty-one Teachers’ Day. Teachers’ Day and the annual advanced staff commendation of 2014 was held on two campus in the morning of September 10.College party secretary, Zheng YaPing with some other leaders and some staff representatives attended the forum. The meeting commended the 34 excellent teachers, advanced workers,8 outstanding counselors and etc….

ZhengYaPing extended greetings to those advanced staff who attended the meeting and through them to all the staff .She pointed out that the school is in a critical period of transformation and development. Campus construction, personnel training, social services and other needs require all the faculty and staff to devote more time and energy. She also put forward three requirements to all the faculty and staff. The first one is to strengthen the faith. It’s the teachers duty to lead students to enhance their value judgment ability. The second one enrich the knowledge. Teachers should be tolerant, passionate and tireless. In addition to professional achievements ,their also should be aggressive to learn and delve into teaching methods in order to foster capable students. The third one is to be open-minded. Teachers not only should teach students the knowledge but also need to respect the students and understand them.

The staff representatives talked with their job freely in the forum. They talked about their feelings about the construction of application-oriented universities, docking local economic construction and cultivate useful talents. They all said that they will continue to work hard and contribute their efforts to achieve the strategic development goals of the college.
