The inaugural meeting of Anhui alumni association of ZJC was held on October 11in Anqing, Anhui province which is famous for Huangmei Opera. Secretary of CPC Zheng Yaping and the representative of teachers Sun Liya attended the meeting and delivered speeches. President of the Alumni Association and people from other alumni associations sent congratulatory messages. There were more than 60 people attending the meeting, including heads of relevant departments of our college , representatives of teachers and also alumni of Anhui.

The first Chairman, Deputy Chairman, General Secretary and Deputy GeneralSecretary and other directors of the association were elected at the meeting. And Chairman Cheng Xin gave a speech of the preparatory work.

At the meeting, Zheng Yaping reviewed the development ZJC and introduced theachievements of ZJC in the past. She also explained the reason why we move the campus to Shaoxing and the status quo of Shaoxing campus. What’s more, she thanked the alumni involving in the preparatory work of the association and hoped that the alumni and the college can cooperate more in the future. And at last, she invited the alumni to come back to college to take part in the activities in October 17.

And the alumni of Anhui also thanked the teachers and all the people in the college who had helped them.

After the meeting, the delegates visited alumni companies Anqing Three DimensionalElectric Appliance Co. which is a company founded by a member of the alumni association.
