With the coming of Youth Day, ZJC held conference for young doctors to exchange ideas and share their experience in teaching and research..

Doctors all expressed their ideas about their teaching work and future plan. Doctor Ye Yafen said, “As a teacher, one should bear the awareness of responsibility. A teacher is expected to be responsible for the students, and make them feel the care from teacher. And we should be a successor of the spirit of Youth Day by diligent work.” At the same time, Doctors said that young teachers should not only learn more but also should lecture their students with researches as cases to enrich the classes. In addition, Dr. Hou Hehong shared his experience and stories during his guidance for his students.

Zheng Yaping introduced the background, opportunity, and challenges now ZJC met, and encouraged the young generation, especially Party members, to be confident and assiduous so as to actualize their personal goals. Zheng also urged that relevant departments in ZJC should concern about teachers’ life and work and create a better environment for them.
