On the morning of December 13, the college held the inauguration ceremony for its "One-Stop" Student Community Service Center. Attendees included Wu Juhui, Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee; He Zuojing, Secretary of the College Party Committee; Liu Qi, Deputy Secretary of the College Party Committee; Zhang Yingjie, Vice Dean of the College; Zhong Lie, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile Shaoxing Branch; heads of relevant college departments and China Mobile Keqiao Branch; student affairs representatives from secondary schools, counselors, and faculty and student representatives.

In his speech at the ceremony, Wu Juhui fully affirmed the college’s achievements in student services and proposed three expectations for the "One-Stop" Student Community initiative:

  1. Unite Efforts to Build a New Educational Platform: Deepen reforms in the "One-Stop" student community management model, transforming it into a frontline hub for implementing regulations, preventing risks, and nurturing future talents.

  2. Innovate Mechanisms for Student Growth: Explore new educational approaches to enhance the community’s service and educational functions, creating a modern, mature, and student-centric support system.

  3. Collaborate for College Development: Integrate the community’s development into the college’s broader strategic goals, improving educational quality and driving high-quality, connotative growth.

Liu Qi outlined the community’s construction progress, highlighting its adherence to the "12453" development framework, which emphasizes integrating leadership, ideological education, professional expertise, management, and service resources. The center will feature three key pillars:

  • One-stop administrative services

  • Cultural and recreational spaces

  • Conflict resolution mechanisms

  • These aim to provide students with convenient, safe, and supportive living and learning environments while elevating the college’s administrative and educational effectiveness.

The ceremony included appointments for community mediators, educational mentors, and security teams, as well as the unveiling of the community’s functional Party branch and Youth League branch.

Following the event, attendees toured the newly inaugurated "One-Stop" Student Community Service Center.
